Our backup infrastructure is based in a data center in Dallas, Texas with redundant battery backup and diesel generators. All of your data is encrypted and stored at our secure facility. Additionally, data from our main backup server is replicated in real-time to storage on one of our servers at our Headquarters in Lake Mary, Florida.
Our backup server has custom modules that allow us to backup:
- both PC and Mac systems
- individual files/folders (even if they are in use at the time)
- Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Oracle
- MySQL
- Microsoft Exchange Information Stores (as well as individual mailboxes)
- System State
- Lotus Notes/Domino Server
We can create multiple backup jobs to run at various times of the day and night. Some of our clients schedule intraday backups to minimize work loss in the event of a major catastrophe.
Once your backup sets and schedules are created, you can optionally receive e-mail notification informing you of the outcome of the job.
